Once your appointment is booked:

  • Our office staff will send the required paperwork to your medical provider for certification.
  • We will contact your insurance provider to verify eligibility and coverage.
  • When approvals are in place, you’ll come in for your foot assessment and 3D scan to design your custom footwear and orthotics.

  • Foot measurements for size, width, and girth
  • 3D imaging of both feet for precision fitting
  • Neuropathy testing and temperature checks

Because no two feet are the same, your fitter will carefully measure each one and recommend the shoe style and fit best suited to your needs. We offer an extensive selection of therapeutic footwear including sneakers, boots, and casual styles designed for diabetic comfort and protection.

To complete your order, your medical provider’s signed certification must be received. Our team will reach out to your provider to collect the required paperwork, but we also encourage you to follow up directly to help speed up the process.

From your initial fitting appointment to your shoe pickup, the full process typically takes 4–6 weeks.

Once your custom diabetic shoes and orthotics are ready, we’ll contact you to schedule your dispensing appointment. During this visit, your fitter will make sure everything fits properly and comfortably before you take them home.

  • Your fitter will check width, balance, and pressure points while you walk
  • You’ll receive instructions for breaking in your shoes gradually to avoid discomfort

  • If you are eligible for more than one pair of orthotics, your fitter will also review your replacement schedule and help plan future visits
